There is no other network on the college campus which is as large, influential, and developed as the Greek community. Fraternities and sororities provide students with leadership training, philanthropic opportunities, and create innovative and engaging programs. On a personal level, being involved in Greek life when I was an undergraduate was not only an invaluable experience, but also helped prepare me for the professional world. I am pleased to say that I have been able to combine two of my passions – Greek life and Israel advocacy – into one role at The David Project. At The David Project, we see Greek life as a valuable and untapped resource when it comes to Israel advocacy. This year, Courtney Kravitz (an AEPhi alum) and I will be taking part in Israel Amplified, a program run by AEPi specifically for Greek students interested in Israel. As alumni of the program, both as students and staff, it is a great feeling for Courtney and I to see our Greek and Israel experiences come full circle. Follow us at the conference as we will be live tweeting, Instagraming, and FB updating from New York!
